Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know before you book.

Booking & payment

How do I book?
Send us a message on WhatsApp with your preferred date, the number of hours, and your address. We'll confirm availability and sort payment from there.
How much does it cost?
It's £40 per hour. So a 3-hour party is £120, a 4-hour party is £160 — simple as that. No setup fees, no hidden charges.
Can I pay in cash?
Yes — you can pay by cash on the day, or we can send you a payment link ahead of time. We'll sort the details when you get in touch to book.
What is your cancellation policy?
Life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, just send us a WhatsApp and we'll do our best to find a new date.
How far in advance should I book?
As far ahead as possible — especially for summer weekends and school holidays, which go fast. We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance. Last-minute bookings may be available, so it's always worth checking.

Delivery & setup

Where do you deliver?
We deliver to Palnackie and Dalbeattie in Dumfries & Galloway only. We only take bookings within these two villages.
Do you set up and collect?
Yes — we deliver, inflate, and collect at the end of your hire. You don't need to do a thing except keep an eye on the kids!
How much space do I need?
You'll need a flat, clear area of at least 5m × 5m (roughly 16ft × 16ft). There should also be vehicle access to the garden so we can get the equipment in.
Do I need a power supply?
Yes — we need access to a standard 240v electrical socket within approximately 25 metres of where the castle will be set up. The blower runs continuously while the castle is inflated.

Safety & rules

Is the bouncy castle safe?
Our castle meets all current UK safety standards and is inspected and cleaned between every hire. We carry full public liability insurance for your peace of mind.
What age range is it suitable for?
The castle is suitable for children up to around 12 years old. Adults should not use it. Children of mixed ages should ideally bounce separately — younger children could be hurt by bigger kids.
What are the rules for use?
  • An adult must supervise children at all times
  • Remove shoes, glasses, and jewellery before bouncing
  • No food or drink on the castle
  • No sharp objects, face paint, or silly string
  • No somersaults or rough play
  • Follow the maximum user guidelines provided on delivery
What happens if it rains?
Light showers aren't a problem — the castle can be used in light rain. We will need to take it down in heavy rain, strong winds, or lightning. We'll keep an eye on the forecast and be in touch if the weather looks like it could be an issue on your booking date.
